Beth Matteotti, Founder

Beth Matteotti is passionate about working with remote teams of all sizes to optimize performance. With 20 years of experience leading sales, marketing and manufacturing teams (many of those years in a virtual setting), she understands the power of exceptional collaboration. Using broad functional expertise and proven leadership, Beth helps clients achieve organizational goals while fostering grassroots employee contributions. Her innate ability to recognize the latent potential in others is a game-changer! She guides leaders in using strategies that expand engagement and accountability, build capacity, deepen bench strength, and improve results for the long haul. She promotes fertile discussion and collaborative insight, which exemplifies her belief that virtual communication should and can be just as rich as face-to-face interaction.

Prior to coaching virtual teams, Beth held executive sales, marketing and operations roles at Procter & Gamble and Campbell Soup Company. She served as Vice President, Customer Team at Campbell, directing a geographically dispersed, multi-functional team, responsible for growing sales at grocery retailers. Beth was recognized by Campbell’s CEO for “Excellence in Leadership,” a highly selective honor. She holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Missouri, Columbia. Beth specializes in leadership and team coaching and is a Certified Professional Coach through the International Coaching Federation.
